PRE CONSTRUCTION ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT

STAGE OF TERMITE TREATMENT
1. Bottom & sides of trenches.
2. Backfill in immediate contact with masonry foundation. C = Junction of wall and floor.
3. Top surface of plinth filling.
4. External perimeter of building.

POST CONSTRUCTION ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT
1. Termite infestation in the existing building can occur
2. Through the foundation
3. Due to leakage or dampness in the walls, ceiling, etc
4. Infested timber members such as doors, windows, pillars and false ceiling etc.
